I love Sherry, yes the fortified wine that has had a long standing reputation for not being very good. It in fact, is one of the best food pairing wines out there and one of those pairings is with Iberico ham.
Trust me, find yourself a bottle of Amontillado Sherry and take a sip after you have a bite of Jamon while referencing the design to know whence the tasty meat came from.
It will delight the mind and mouth to no end and was the inspiration for this design.
